Mr. Rifkin graduated from George Washington University with Distinction and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a long time and active member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and the Maryland State Bar Association Franchise & Distribution Law Commitee. He has written articles and about and spoken on franchising for many publications and organizations. He is also currently teaching law courses as an adjunct professor at Stevenson University (formerly Villa Julie College).
