Cahn chosen as speaker for national convention

Baltimore , MD — David L. Cahn, Esquire, founder of Franchise & Business Law Group who has been chosen as a “Legal Eagle” for three consecutive years by Franchise Times Magazine, has been selected to speak at the 89^th Annual National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show taking place on May 17 – 20, 2008 in Chicago .  (www.restaurant.org/show)

His discussion session, “Are You Ready to Franchise Your Restaurant Business,” is especially for owners of restaurants, hotels, and motels who want to learn more about franchising as a potential path for growing their businesses.  It is co-sponsored by the International Franchise Association and the National Restaurant Association.

A Baltimore native and resident, Mr. Cahn earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University .  He is admitted to the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar.  Mr. Cahn is the Chair of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Franchise Law Committee and also a frequent presenter of workshops and seminars on franchising.
